Use flat-leaf Italian parsley for cooking as it has more flavor. Curly parsley looks more attractive and is suitable for garnish.

Here is a recipe for Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients: 10-15 small new potatoes, or 2 thickly sliced large potatoes
6-8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup butter(not margarine),
melted 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley.
